Directions

Interfaith Dental Clinic is located at 1721 Patterson Street.

Traveling West End- Head toward downtown. Take a left at 18th avenue. Go several blocks

 to Patterson. Take a right on Patterson. Proceed past the clinic’s entrance on your right, 

and park in the parking lot right after the building.

Traveling I-40 E - Exit at Charlotte Avenue exit. Take a right at the first light onto Charlotte 

Ave. Take a left on 18th (by Krystal’s restaurant). The first cross street will be Patterson. 

Take a left. Proceed past the clinic’s entrance on your right and park in the parking lot right 

after the building.

Traveling I-40 W - Exit at Charlotte Ave./Church St. Exit. Take a left onto Church St. Travel 

several blocks and turn right at the Post Office onto 18th Ave. Go several blocks to Patterson. 

Take a right on Patterson. Proceed past the clinic’s entrance on your right, and park in the 

parking lot right after the building.
